Co-Founder of We Web, Social Media Expert
Fationa is a 27-year-old from Durres, passionate about social media and marketing. With three years in digital marketing, she combines strong communication skills with marketing expertise.
She excels in social media management, content creation, graphic design and analytics, consistently achieving great results for diverse businesses.
Eager about helping businesses grow, Fationa uses her experience and applies innovative tactics that are aligned with marketing trends to turn targets into results. She brings her hard-working, communicative, and passionate nature to every project. Her dedication to client success and collaborative approach make her a valuable asset for every business.
Johnny Janary
Co-Founder at We Web, Marketing Strategy & Web Development
Johnny Janary, 28, is the Co-Founder of We Web. With a passion for entrepreneurship, he excels in solving business challenges and identifying opportunities that set companies apart. Having lived in 5 different countries and speaking 5 languages, he brings a global perspective to his work.
At We Web, as Head of Marketing Strategy, he helps small & medium-sized businesses build a strong online presence. By implementing strategic marketing plans for content, SEO tactics and data-driven insights, he enhances brand visibility and engagement. His expertise in market analysis and impactful ad campaign design consistently delivers outstanding results for clients. Additionally, he leads the web development projects at We Web creating websites that are visually appealing and designed for strategic digital positioning.
Before founding We Web, Johnny was a Senior Process Analyst at Meta, where he optimized digital operations for businesses on Facebook and enhanced user experiences with Facebook business tools. He holds an MSc in Management & Leadership from EDHEC Business School and a BA in International & European Studies from the University of Piraeus.
